We've lived here for about a year and a half and we have loved it. The apartments are great and all of the staff are excellent. We've never had any issues. In instances where we've needed help or repairs, they've always taken care of things right away. Very pet friendly, feels safe, and lots of great amenities, including the pool, and a pet spa.

We have loved our experience living here so far. The facilities are beautiful and the location couldn't be better. We have also found both maintenance and management to be responsive when needed. Highly recommend this place.
Wonderful apartments! Helped my girlfriend move in when they very first opened. And I myself have been here almost a year. Being such a new building everything is up to date! All the staff are extremely friendly. The amenities are awesome! My favorite is probably the parcel pending package lockers. Makes it quick and easy to get your packages during and after hours of the office. The pool is a hit in the summer time. As well as the pickle ball courts and grills.

I love the layouts of the apartments at Union Berkley Riverfront! The two bedroom units are amazing, and great for when company visits, with the separation between bedrooms provided by the main living area. It is also great how pet friendly the complex is, including the Berkley Riverfront Park and BarK both next door. There are also many other great amenities, including a gym, business conference rooms, a coffee bar, pool, pickle ball, and the list goes on and on.

Our move in was smooth and easy thanks to Manee she was able to answer all of our move in questions and help with work orders for some of the issues we had upon move in. Maintenance was there within a day or two and took them 10 minutes to fix both issues so I was happy with how fast it was resolved.

I'm moved into Berkley from outstate so I was a bit intrigued on all sort of details. Their website is outstanding providing so much information and I also got to have a virtual tour. The move was smooth, their staff very friendly and helpful.
